Deliveries and returns
I. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
bwat does not guarantee the constant and uninterrupted availability of our online offers.
We cannot redirect shipments once they have been sent.
The responsibility for the purchased good is transferred to you upon receipt of the product. Please note that if you are not the final recipient (e.g. in the case of a gift) the person receiving the item assumes full responsibility for the purchased product.
– We deliver our products by bicycle or via a delivery service. Our products will arrive within 7 working days (excluding vacation periods) after we receive your order.
If we cannot deliver the product within 7 days you will be notified. You will then have the right to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal must be notified to us in writing or by email.

II. RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
You have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the package by you or another party designated by you. To use this right of withdrawal, you must send us a message (email: email@example.com) clearly announcing your wish to withdraw from the contract. Please explain your reasons for returning the product while including your order number.

Returned products must be new and in the same condition as received. Damaged or worn products will be refused. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.
bwat cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during the shipping of the exchanged or returned products
You have received defective goods
– Exceptionally, a product sold may be defective. If you receive a defective item, we will be happy to exchange or refund it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Once the product is returned, bwat reserves the right to evaluate the resale and/or authenticity of the customer’s claim regarding defects or errors in the ordered goods.
All costs incurred by the return of the defective products will be reimbursed by bwat if the claim is accepted. However, you agree to avoid unnecessary costs by choosing the shipping method accordingly.
